An academic cooperation protocol covering student and academic staff exchange programs as well as joint projects and activities has been signed between Kırklareli University and Kyrgyz International University.
The protocol was signed by our Rector Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak and Vice Rector for International Relations of Kyrgyz International University, Baatyrbek Akylbekov.
The agreement aims to enhance the exchange of academic knowledge and experience between the two universities, provide students with opportunities to gain experience in different cultural and educational environments, and promote joint research and publication activities among academic staff.
The signing ceremony was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Eylem Özkaya Lassalle, Director of TÖMER Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Şener, Faculty Member of the Department of Contemporary Turkish Dialects and Literatures Prof. Dr. Bülent Bayram, Assistant Coordinator of the International Relations Office Assoc. Prof. Dr. Neriman Hocaoğlu, Lecturer M. İrem Ayar Dilek from the International Relations Office, and four Kyrgyz students currently studying at our university.
During the meeting, the Orkhun Exchange Program Protocol was also discussed, and both sides agreed to proceed with its signing in the near future.
Following the signing ceremony, our Rector Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak hosted the visiting delegation in her office. During the meeting, the scope of cooperation and potential future joint initiatives were discussed.
