The art exhibition titled “My Pristina in Kırklareli,” organized in cooperation with the Balkan Studies Application and Research Center of our University and the Yunus Emre Institute, was held on Thursday, 27 November 2025, at the Kırklareli Fine Arts High School Workshop and Exhibition Hall.
The event featured works by Pristina-based painter and sculptor Ramiz Krajkova and was attended by Kırklareli Governor Uğur Turan, Filiz Canbaş Köse, Chief Public Prosecutor Özkan Levent Taşkoparan and Leyla Taşkoparan, President of the Administrative Court İbrahim Doğan, our Rector Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Eylem Özkaya Lassalle and Prof. Dr. Murat Gençbay, Secretary General Ahmet Şimşek, International Relations Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berna Ak Bingül, Director of the Balkan Studies Application and Research Center Assoc. Prof. Dr. Feim Gashi, and members of the local protocol.
The exhibition showcased the artist’s original works reflecting the cultural fabric, urban identity, and aesthetic richness of Pristina. Participants had the opportunity to closely explore Krajkova’s pieces that convey his observations and artistic interpretation of the city.
Attracting significant interest from our University and local stakeholders, the exhibition served as an important gathering contributing to the cultural and artistic landscape of the region.
