Our Rector Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak attended the opening ceremony of the 5th Agriculture, Livestock, Food, Industry and Automotive Fair, which has become one of Kırklareli’s major economic and sectoral meeting points.
At the opening of the fair, organized under the auspices of the Kırklareli Governorship, participants included Governor Uğur Turan, former Minister of Environment and Urbanization of the 61st Government Erdoğan Bayraktar, Member of Parliament Ahmet Gökhan Sarıçam, Mayor of Kırklareli Derya Bulut, Albania’s Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Arian Jauplları, Bulgaria’s Consul General in Edirne Radoslava Kafedzhiyska, provincial protocol members, representatives from Balkan countries, sector professionals, producers, and many other guests.
The fair, which contributes significantly to the regional economy and draws attention with its international participant profile, provided a platform to showcase innovations in the fields of agriculture, livestock, food, industry, and automotive technologies. The participation of North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania, Kosovo, Greece, and Romania from the Balkan region added a strong international dimension to the event.
Bringing together key stakeholders from various sectors, the fair continues to serve as an important platform that strengthens knowledge exchange, commercial networks, and regional cooperation.
