Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak, met with the international exchange students admitted to our University for the 2026 Spring Semester. The meeting, which included a total of 13 students—9 within the scope of the Orhun Exchange Program and 4 under bilateral cooperation agreements (MoU)—was held at the Kırklareli University Rectorate Board Meeting Hall.
The program was attended by our Vice Rector responsible for Internationalization, Prof. Dr. Eylem Özkaya Lassalle; our Secretary General, Ahmet Şimşek; International Relations Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Berna Ak Bingül; International Relations Office staff members Lect. Dr. Duygu Altunoğlu Yıldız and Lect. M. İrem Ayar Dilek; and International Student Office staff member Muhammet Çelik.
During the meeting, our Rector Prof. Dr. Rengin Ak delivered a welcome speech to the students, emphasizing the contributions of exchange programs to inter-university cooperation and intercultural interaction. Following the opening remarks, the students introduced themselves one by one. Wishing the students a successful and productive semester, our Rector stated that they would be supported in every matter.
At the end of the program, promotional materials and corporate gifts belonging to our University were presented to the students. The event concluded with a group photo session to commemorate the day.
